Student Bursaries

A limited number of student bursaries are available through generous sponsorship provided by the Chemical Structure Association Trust, Lhasa Limited, and the Molecular Graphics and Modelling Society.

A bursary will cover the registration fee and accommodation, and standard-class travel costs of up to £150 for UK students and £250 for non-UK students (on production of receipts after the conference).

Successful applicants will be expected to present either orally or by poster and to provide a short report on the meeting to be submitted to the sponsoring bodies after the meeting.

To apply, please submit your abstract via the website. Please also send a justification (of around 500 words) on how attendance will benefit your studies, together with a letter of support from your academic supervisor, by email to cheminf2023@sheffield.ac.uk, with the subject line “Chemoinformatics conference bursary”. All parts of your application (abstract and supporting documents) should be received by February 3rd, 2023. Successful applicants will be notified in early March.
