Packages
Exhibitors Package
Please find below details of the various options available for exhibitors. Please send an email to cheminf2023@sheffield.ac.uk if you are interested in any of these packages.
Basic Package:
£750+VAT
Exhibitor stand in Conference space (2 people) where all breaks will be taken throughout the conference, including the dedicated poster/exhibition session on the Monday evening.
Add Ons:
Option 1:
£350 per person
- Access to the scientific programme
- All meals and refreshments included throughout the conference
- Attendance at the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 20th June
*Accommodation is not included*
Option 2:
£175 per person
- Access to lunch, tea/coffee, snacks and dinner on the Monday evening (19th June) – when the main poster/exhibition session will take place.
Sponsor Opportunities
- £275 as contribution to drinks during the poster exhibition session
- £550 as contribution to the reception at the conference dinner
We will ensure that any generous contribution to these events are clearly communicated in the Conference programme.
