Analysis of High-Throughput Screening Data

The development of novel computational algorithms for analysing the chemical and biological data resulting from high-throughput screening programmes in the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries.

General Research Interests

Evolutionary Computation and Algorithms and Natural Heuristics [Genetic Algorithms, Genetic Programming, Ant Colony Optimisation, Emergent Systems, Artificial Life, Cellular Automata & Complex Adaptive Systems - all much of a muchness] and Graph Theory - predominantly graph-theoretic concepts applied in chemical graph applications. Computer programming languages and language design.

Research projects:
Identification of Pharmacophores in High-Throughput Screening [HTS] Data (October 1999 to October 2002)
